"Laughing"

One of the things I love best about Kate Mulgrew is the way she manages to bring her upbeat personality into her role as captain of Voyager. Here she can be seen at her merry best. Her merriment is so infectious that even just seeing a picture of Kate laughing, it is hard not to smile.
